Karlene Moore is a group vice president of customer experience and insights with AmerisourceBergen. She connects customer experience with brand strategy by leveraging 20 years of strategic B2B and B2C marketing experience. Karlene creates alignment with customer-facing teams by combining data-driven insights with feedback from the front line. She has a rich understanding of the customer and market forces influencing pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty physician practices, specialty pharmacy, health systems and hospital GPOs, and independent pharmacy. Karlene leads a team focused on working with a great team to utilize research techniques, omni-channel listening posts and a design-thinking approach to uncover strategic insights, identify critical moments of truth in the customer journey to fuel effective partnership with commercial teams. 

Karlene earned a BA in Spanish with a concentration in business studies from Furman University.
