Angela Ward serves as Senior Vice President, Specialty Services for AmerisourceBergen. Leveraging more than 27 years of healthcare experience, she provides leadership and guidance in the areas of business development, payer and provider solutions and clinical operations.

Before assuming her current role, she served as President of US Bioservices, AmerisourceBergen’s specialty pharmacy where she led an organization committed to improving the lives of patients living with chronic and complex conditions.
She has also held previous clinical management roles at Memorial Hermann, Alegent Creighton Health and Eastern Maine Medical Center.

Angela served on the Advisory Board of the Pharmacy Executive Forum, the Apexus PVP Hospital Advisory Council, the Vizient Pharmacy Executive Council and the ASHP Advisory Group on Multi-Hospital System Pharmacy Executives. Additionally, she is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and earned fellow status in 2007.

She received her PharmD from the University of North Carolina and earned her MBA from Husson College.
