Scott Wink, PharmD, is the Vice President of Payer Strategy for IHOC where he plays a key role in improving access to payer contracts for IHOC members. He is integral in improving access to payer contracts for IHOC members and has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmacy and healthcare industry, including expertise in managed care, PBMs and health plans. 

Scott most recently served as Strategic Account Director at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, where he had direct oversight of Diplomat’s largest directly-contracted payers. Before that, he held responsibility for more than $4 billion in medical and pharmacy benefit contracting at Albertsons Companies, including the company's 1,700+ retail pharmacies and specialty divisions. Scott also previously held multiple Corporate Officer positions at a startup organization jointly owned by 10 large regional grocery companies with the mission of leveraging access to their preferred and limited PBM networks.

He earned his PharmD at the University of Florida and his BS in biology from the University of West Florida.
